**Professionals: ICOTOM 2027 follows international standards, in which 'post-doc' is considered as a professional.

***Accompanying person: Includes Welcome Reception & Opening Ceremony and coffee breaks. It is linked to a participant registration in the student or professional category. It is not entitled to a certificate and cannot present work at the event.

****Excursion: The guided tour will take you to Iguaçu National Park with a visit to the Falls on Wednesday afternoon (September 1, 2027), barring unforeseen weather conditions. Other tour options for accompanying persons will be announced closer to the event date.

Registration Cancellation Policy

• Until March 1, 2027: Cancellations requested before the end of the early bird period will be entitled to a full refund, minus the administrative fees relating to the payment method.
• Until May 15, 2027: Cancellations requested up to May 15, 2027, will receive 70% refund (minus the administrative fees relating to the payment method).
• After May 15, 2027: no refunds will be issued.

Failure to attend the conference (no-show) does not automatically result in the cancellation of the registration.
